Responsibilities
- Execute the month-end and year-end closing procedures with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card audits to ensure all financial data is up-to-date.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including profit & loss and balance sheets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks to support vendor and client relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently during the weekend shift.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ethical judgment.
