Responsibilities
- Perform accurate monthly and weekly financial reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and review weekly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Ensure all financial records are compliant with GAAP and internal policies.
- Conduct audits of financial documents to prevent errors and fraud.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a weekend shift environment.
