Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures on weekends.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements weekly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Support the audit process with documentation and data review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required.
