Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage weekend payment runs and critical financial workflows
- Collaborate with AP team to optimize processes using SAP/Oracle systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities specific to weekend operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- AP certification (CAPP/CIPS) preferred
- Experience with weekend shift operations in finance
