Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Prepare financial statements and reports under senior guidance
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Manage digital filing systems for financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal controls
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
