Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support weekend audit preparation and documentation
- Collaborate with weekday finance team on cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state accounting systems
