Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and process weekly payroll for department staff.
- Review and categorize weekly invoices and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and trial balances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (or Friday-Monday) shifts.
