Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closes and reconciliations with precision
- Analyze financial data and prepare executive reports
- Manage multi-state compliance requirements (CA & VA)
- Implement process improvements for weekend operations

- Maintain strict adherence to SOX and GAAP standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA preferred
- 3+ years public/private accounting experience

- Multi-state tax compliance knowledge (CA/VA focus)
