- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow analysis for weekend operations
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial audits and process improvements
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to maintain accurate financial records
- Analyze financial data trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
