Responsibilities
- Manage weekend financial operations including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend reconciliation cycles
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations during weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial reporting initiatives
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes during weekend shifts
- Implement and maintain internal controls for weekend financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with financial audits and compliance reporting
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
