Responsibilities
- Execute accurate monthly and weekly financial reporting for weekend operations.
- Perform detailed bank statement and credit card reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes specifically for weekend transactions.
- Prepare general ledger entries and assist with the month-end close procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal company financial policies.
- Analyze financial data to identify variances and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and variance analysis reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage).
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately during weekend shifts.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Candidate status is a plus but not mandatory.
