Responsibilities
- Process weekly accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and update the general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for the weekend period.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide audit support.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and digital filing systems.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during weekends.
