Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for high-volume client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure operational continuity
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel modeling for financial reporting
- Conduct weekend audits to guarantee data integrity across systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sector
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturdays/Sundays required)
