Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow forecasting
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) with analytical insights
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping software systems (QuickBooks Online)
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits as required
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly/year-end filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax compliance
- Proven experience with multi-client financial management
