Responsibilities
- Manage weekend financial operations including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports for executive review
- Conduct weekend audit procedures and internal control assessments
- Collaborate with weekday teams on cross-departmental financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Support tax preparation and documentation during weekend cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
