Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial reports for management review

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday-Sunday)
