Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 small to mid-size clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement QuickBooks optimization for client workflows
- Collaborate with senior advisors on financial modeling projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and audit readiness experience
- Excellent analytical and client communication skills
- Part-time accounting role experience required
