- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing
- Perform month-end closing procedures on Saturdays
- Prepare weekend financial reports and reconciliations
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and verification
- Handle weekend client inquiries and support requests
- Ensure compliance with weekend accounting protocols
- Support weekend tax document preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on weekends
- Experience with month-end closings
- CPA certification preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP standards
