Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries about accounts, products, and bank policies
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance standards
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain secure handling of cash, checks, and sensitive customer information
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night drop processing as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and digital transaction systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts simply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
