Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and quarter-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with weekend or shift-based accounting roles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
