- Process and reconcile weekend transaction batches with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with weekend month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Maintain organized digital financial records and audit trails
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
