Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Prepare weekend financial reports and management summaries
- Maintain accurate weekend accounting records in QuickBooks
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
