Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend reporting deadlines
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries for weekend transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support weekend payroll processing and tax compliance
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless financial operations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for weekend accounting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with weekend accounting operations a plus
