Responsibilities
- Perform weekend-end accounting cycles including month-end closings and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing for weekend transactions
- Prepare weekend financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Support weekend audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Process payroll adjustments and weekend expense reimbursements
- Collaborate with weekday accounting teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Maintain weekend financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Strong attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to work independently in a weekend environment
