Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during weekend shifts
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare weekend financial reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Respond to urgent financial inquiries from clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or candidate preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend hours
- San Diego residency required for local shifts
