Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Assist with weekend tax preparation and filing
- Support month-end closing processes
- Implement internal controls for weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
