Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing with 24-hour turnaround
- Perform month-end closing tasks including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare weekend financial reports for executive review
- Handle weekend payroll processing and tax compliance
- Support audit preparation with weekend document organization
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Maintain strict SOX compliance protocols during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
