Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile weekend financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with weekend-specific adjustments
- Process payroll and expense reports for weekend staff and operations
- Conduct weekend audits to ensure SOX compliance and internal controls
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with weekday finance team via digital handover protocols
- Support month-end closing processes with weekend-critical tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (Advanced functions)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and weekend-specific accrual accounting
- Proven ability to work independently in weekend environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-location corporate accounting
- Ability to manage financial deadlines during non-standard hours
