Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reports
- Prepare financial statements and variance analyses for client review
- Assist with audit preparation and regulatory compliance documentation
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Collaborate with weekday finance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Provide weekend financial support to high-net-worth clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Active Georgia CPA license or eligibility
