Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and weekend operational reports
- Manage client payroll processing for weekend shifts
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial workflows
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active Washington State accounting license
