Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for portfolio clients
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Provide financial insights to clients during weekend consultations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New Mexico CPA license (or actively pursuing)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
