- Manage weekend payroll processing for hourly staff
- Assist with tax document preparation and compliance
- Collaborate with weekday team for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- CPA certification preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
