Responsibilities
- Execute weekend reconciliations and journal entries
- Manage accounts payable/receivable for weekend transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements with weekend close oversight
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for weekend reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks proficiency and Excel expertise
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
