Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare weekend financial statements and management reports
- Assist with weekend tax document preparation and filing
- Manage weekend payroll processing for select clients
- Conduct weekend internal audits and compliance checks
- Support weekend financial analysis and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA certification preferred (active license required)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong weekend availability (Sat-Sun, 8am-5pm)
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
