Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with weekend payroll processing
- Prepare weekend financial reports and statements
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Manage weekend vendor invoicing and payments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Knowledge of NM tax regulations
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
