Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process payroll transactions and vendor payments on Saturdays
- Prepare financial statements and ad-hoc reports for executive review
- Manage accounts receivable/payable cycles during weekend shifts
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-functional financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Active California CPA license or equivalent certification
