Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts receivable/payable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Prepare weekend financial reports and summaries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Manage client invoicing and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote team
- Knowledge of California tax regulations
