Responsibilities
- Execute weekend-end financial reconciliations for multi-entity accounts
- Prepare and submit month-end closing reports on Saturdays
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing during off-peak hours
- Conduct weekend audit trails for compliance documentation
- Support tax preparation with weekend data collection tasks
- Collaborate with remote teams using secure cloud-based platforms
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance standards
