Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts during weekend shifts
- Process and verify financial transactions including payables/receivables
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Assist with weekend audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for data entry and reporting
- Support tax preparation and regulatory filings as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday)
