Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliations and financial reporting with weekend deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes during off-peak hours
- Prepare weekend payroll runs and tax documentation
- Conduct internal audits with weekend-focused compliance checks
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Collaborate with weekday team during handover meetings
- Analyze weekend transaction patterns for fraud detection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and weekend compliance protocols
- Certification in forensic accounting or tax preparation a plus
