Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance
- Conduct internal audits and identify process improvements
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-functional projects
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a weekend setting
- Proven experience with financial reporting cycles
