- Manage and reconcile weekend financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and vendor payments during weekend operational cycles
- Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and documentation support
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend review periods
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
