- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Process payroll and manage vendor payments
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Utilize accounting software for efficient data management
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
