Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reporting on weekends
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend transaction processing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Assist with weekend audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless financial operations
- Implement process improvements for weekend accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
