Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial reports for client portfolio review
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and transaction audits
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Maintain accurate weekend payroll processing for hourly staff
- Collaborate with weekday finance teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Ensure weekend compliance with UK GAAP and financial regulations
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP systems
- Strong weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- UK work authorization and right to work in England
