Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with executive-level insights
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record in process improvement and financial analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with remote team collaboration experience
