Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform financial reconciliations and variance analysis on a weekly basis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
