Responsibilities
- Execute the month-end and year-end financial closing procedures on weekends.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and accounts payable reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as required.
