Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and corporate tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Conduct tax research and resolve complex tax issues
- Manage client relationships and provide tax planning advice
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex engagements
- Utilize tax software (ProSystem, UltraTax) for accurate filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (public or private)
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
