Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with analytical insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Implement and optimize accounting systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly/year-end filings
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Develop customized financial reports to guide client business decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations and payroll compliance
- Certification in QuickBooks Online or Xero a major plus
